This is an E-Packet. A sweet little girl holding her Christmas Stocking. This ornament is done by using a different technique! The lettering pattern of this design is supplied, all you have to do is print it out onto Strathmore toned Parchment paper (natural). Then you adhere it onto a wooden ornament with DecoArt Decoupage. ( The decoupage is not applied to the top of the paper). You do spray the top of the paper with Krylon 1311, to prevent the ink from bleeding.
